Rosli Kamudin was born in 1957 and graduated from the Economic Faculty of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and possess a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. He also posses Professional Quality Qualifications from Motorola University Schaumburg, Chicago, USA.
His last position before starting his own business was a General Manager for the Human Resource Division of Telekom Malaysia; taking care of the operational matters of more than 28,000 employees (then). Some of the companies which he had served includes Maybank (Banking), PLUS (Highway), Telekom Malaysia (TM), Telkom South
Throughout his 30 years services, he had been awarded with many awards. To name a few, he was awarded the leader of the camp (quality award), Merit Award in Outward Bound School, Group CEO Merit Award, Ahli Setia Negri Sembilan and many more.
In the community, he had served in many important positions. He has been the Executive Council to The Football Association of Malaysia, the Panel member of the Malaysian Industrial Court, the Panel Jury to the Malaysian High Court, A Committee member to the Capacity Building, Organisation of Islamic Council (OIC), The Treasurer to the South African Malaysian Business Council and many more.
In training, he has delivered many papers to both universities and organizations at both local and overseas. Being in the human resource discipline, his passion for training is high. His philosophy: “The more you share, the more you’ll gain”.
His area of expertise covers the whole value chain of the Human Resource Management. As an IR person, Industrial and Employee Relations remain his forte.
Quality Management is another area of expertise. Trained at the Motorola University Schaumburg, Chicago, USA, he used to head the Regional Quality Division of Telekom Malaysia. He is well versed with all the Quality Management tools such as the QCC, QIT, 6 Sigma, Process Mapping, Continuous Improvements, the Japanese 5S House Keeping model and many more.
